As the USRBC Annual Meeting in October draws near, we are intensively developing this year's program and adding new speakers to the agenda, which already includes RF Ambassador to the U.S. Anatoly Antonov,  RF Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov, Eurasian Economic Union Chairman Tigran Sargsyan and Russian Union of Entrepreneurs and Industrialists President Alexander Shokhin.

Registration fees are non-refundable after Monday, October 9.

Visa processing times at the U.S. Embassy in Moscow have significantly increased due to the staffing cuts in Russia.  As a result, the Council urges anyone planning to attend the USRBC Annual Meeting on October 26-27 to apply immediately for their U.S. visa.

The USRBC block of rooms at the Westin New York at Times Square, the location of the business sessions of the Annual Meeting, has expired.  To reserve your room at the Westin, please go to the hotel's website or call their reservation line at 1-888-627-7149 (U.S. and Canada) or 1-508-324-0500 (outside the U.S. and Canada).  USRBC has also prepared a list of nearby hotels should you wish to explore other options.
