USRBC Briefing on Russia's Public Procurement System


September 21, 2016 - USRBC hosted a briefing and discussion on Russia's state tender system with experts from the Public Procurement Institute .  Russia over the last several years has instituted a number of reforms to the state tender process to increase its efficiency and eliminate abuses and continues to seek ways to enhance its effectiveness.  The delegation, led by Institute Director Andrey Khramkin, offered a comprehensive overview of the Russian state procurement system, procurement law and regulations as well as existing Russian anti-corruption regulations and how they affect the tender process.
