RF Deputy Minister of Economic Development Stanislav Voskresensky
spoke at a business breakfast in New York City organized by the USRBC and hosted by USRBC member Dentons. Deputy Minister Voskresensky discussed the progress of ongoing reforms to improve Russia's investment environment as well as the outlook for Russia's broader investment policy development and efforts to attract greater foreign direct investment.
Stanislav Voskresensky has served in his second term as Deputy Minister of Economic Development since August 2014, where he oversees the development of Russia's investment policy and public-private partnerships as well as economic relations with the Asia-Pacific. He previosly served as Deputy Presidential Plenipotentiary for the Northwest Federal District from 2012 to 2014 after having served in his first term as Deputy Minister of Economic Development from 2008 to 2012. Deputy Minister Voskresensky was Deputy Head of the Presidential Experts' Directorate from 2004 to 2008. He holds a degree in Economics from the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.
